I began my mission to create a heart-healthy, low-calorie treat to satisfy people's desire for something rich and delicious which is often forbidden in most weight-loss, lean body programs. Many people believe dark chocolate can be that treat but so much of what is available is too bitter, too high in calories or doesn't have enough cacao content. So I began working with a local candy manufacturer insisting on the purest ingredients and, most importantly, an absolutely delicious, rich and satisfying taste. The shape of this treat was also essential — fitting comfortably in the mouth, nestled nicely on the tongue, so you can SAVOR THE FLAVOR.
